After much tears and headaches with our Sons PS4, we messaged PC Clinic on a Sunday morning and received a prompt polite reply straight away and within and hour were at his work shop and walked away with a working console.Quick, simple, friendly, prompt, helpful, great value.Also an unexpected bonus that he was kind enough to take the time to educate my Son and I on the console and it's issue in detail. I was pleased to find out that he has a great range of refurbished items for sale.We will definitely be visiting PC Clinic again for all our IT/gaming issues and for future purchases.

Honest, fast service & reasonable price.Took a couple of old laptops in as e-waste, Summer immediately noticed one of them as being in perfect external condition and asked if I was sure if I wanted to get rid of it as with a new SDD and reformat, it would be like a brand new computer. Sure enough, I now have a laptop that I was going to throw out that works as well as it did when it came out of the box.We will definitely be back

Just been to Bendigo PC Clinic, to see if I could get my daughters photo’s of her hard drive that she couldn’t get to work , Summer was fantastic and he retrieved all pictures for her ,these pictures were of her daughters from babies .. I will certainly be getting him to do more work for us . We couldn’t be more grateful, Thank you so very much … We highly recommend this I.T Clinic …

I needed repair work on micro components that I was half expecting couldn't be done. Not only was my repair work done well in advance of time frame, price was a fraction of expectation. I cannot thank these guys enough. You've won any future work. Thanks for making a pleasant experience Awesome !

I was referred to Bendigo PC Clinic by another PC repair shop in Bendigo when they were unable to help with a problem. Even the place I bought my laptop couldn't fix the issue, and suggested I buy a new laptop instead. But Summer @ Bendigo PC Clinic had the skills to fix the issue with a quick turn around time, providing a straightforward explanation into what was required, and searched for the most cost-effective solution. Friendly, very capable and not expensive - I would recommend Bendigo PC Clinic in a heartbeat.

I was so tired of trying to fix my PC's noise levels and decided to give these guys a go and it was a great decision! They were super quick to help me out and gave me a time to come in for some help. The business was easy to locate too. They helped me adjust the fans and showed me how to adjust it on my own at home too. They also helped with cable management and cleaning up my desktop so now its so much nicer to use. Also, very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!
